The BNPL 0-0-4 service (Buy Now Pay Later) is a convenient payment option that lets you start using Movato services right away and split the payment into 4 months with no down payment.

Where you can use BNPL

BNPL is available to pay for international delivery services, the “Buy for Me” service, and Movato special services, helping you plan purchases and deliveries without extra financial strain.

 

Fee

A 10% fee applies when topping up your balance.

This fee is charged by the payment provider and covers payment processing costs.

The credited amount may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

In the event of a refund, cancellation, or early repayment of the installment plan, the commission fee will be refunded only if the installment plan is cancelled within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date it was issued. After this period, the commission fee is non-refundable.

After the installment plan is issued, all questions related to the payment schedule, repayment, and servicing are handled by the partner bank in accordance with its terms.

Movato does not accept or process installment payments.

 

Partner bank: Bank CenterCredit is the partner bank and provides installment repayment through the bcc.kz app.

 

 

How to apply

  1. On the Movato website or in the Movato app, tap “Top up balance”.

  2. Select “BNPL 0-0-4” as your payment method.

  3. Enter your phone number and IIN (your phone number must be registered in the eGov mobile Mobile Citizens Database).

 

Registering your number in eGov mobile

  • Follow the link: eGov Mobile

  • Follow the on-screen instructions (the process takes up to 2 minutes)

 

Eligibility

  • Age: 18-60

  • Order amount: 6,000-200,000 KZT

  • For Kazakhstan residents

  • No overdue debt and no tax arrears

 

Possible reasons for decline

The decision depends on your credit history.

Try again in 14 days (your credit history is updated).

A request for credit scoring may affect your credit score/indicators.

 

Repayment

Bank CenterCredit is the partner bank for the BNPL service, and installment repayments are made through the bank’s app.

 

Penalties

If you miss a monthly payment, a fixed penalty of 2,200 KZT is charged.

 

Payment schedule

  • A preliminary payment schedule is shown when you apply

  • SMS reminders with the date and amount of each monthly payment

  • The installment plan is activated after the service is issued

  • All order information is available in the partner bank app (CenterCredit Bank)

 

Early repayment

You can repay the installment plan early in the partner bank app (CenterCredit Bank).

In case of early repayment, the fee is non-refundable.

 

Paying with cards from other banks

Payments are accepted only from the partner bank’s card via the bcc.kz app.
